Yantra yoga ・ Respira
Alessandra started practicing Yantra Yoga, the Tibetan Yoga of Movement, over 20 years ago.
Since then she has also experienced different methods and disciplines like Iyengar Yoga, contemporary and modern dance, Pilates, and this allowed her to develop a greater awareness of the body in movement and the connection with breathing.
She was authorized to teach Yantra Yoga in 2010 by Chögyal Namkhai Norbu and since then has been holding regular classes and practice groups in Italy, Spain, and online. Alessandra has also studied the anatomy of breathing and in June 2016 she was accredited to teach RESPIRA methods by Fabio Andrico.
