The minimum age for minors accompanied by adults to participate in wellness retreats is 14 years old. |

Pets are not allowed. |

The activity program may be adapted whenever logistically possible and as long as it does not affect other guests of the retreat, although adaptations or changes may carry an extraordinary fee. |

Smoking is not allowed on the Gar premises. The use of prohibited substances is not permitted under immediate reporting to the authorities. |

Dzamling Gar is a spiritual place and, therefore, a minimum of decorum is required, both in the common areas and in the private sectors. Therefore, please do not make any action that could disturb other guests or residents of the Gar. They can consult the wellbeing coordinator or team members on these issues.. |
RESPECT REGARDING NOISES |
We ask people to be aware and not to disturb others. For example, not to make noise or put laud music from 22:00 to 08:00 |
DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY |
The customer data shared with the organization of this retreat, as well as with the instructors and staff members, remain private and will not be shared with third parties without the express authorization of their owners. On the other hand, the formalization of the reservation automatically implies that the guest agrees to provide personal data with the organization of this retreat. |
