Yantra Yoga ・ Tibetan Yoga of Movement.

This ancient practice of yoga is based on unifying your breath with your body movement to improve physical, and mental health. Yantra Yoga is highly recommended by Tibetan doctors to help promote health and longevity.

In our classes, we learn general practices for relaxing and stretching, tsijong, The Eight Movements, and Pranayamas. The instructor shows you how to adjust the position or movement for beginners, and also exercises on a chair if needed.

The private instruction from an expert has great benefits either for beginners or those who are familiar with yoga.
